We just joined a plant church and the word "commitment" comes up all the time...

To the point, AMEN! This is something that our church has been challenging us and calling us to do more than just be present but to do what we do, not thinking for us, but thinking "In Service for Him"...It does change the perspective when we make our commitment to Him.
