Matthew 28:18-20 "Jesus came and told his disciples" I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."We are to go....whether it is next door or to another country--and make disciples. It is not an option but a command to all who call Jesus "Lord". We are not all evangelists in the formal sense, but we have all received gifts that we can use to help fulfill the great commission. As we obey, we have confidence in knowledge that Jesus is always with us.

that verse reminds me of what our church stands for--- to go and make disciples.
Totally agree! Our family takes the Great Commission seriously. John Piper said, "Go, send, or disobey."
We ARE all called to be evangelists...disciples...and how funny it's often the littlest among us who represent Christ the best. Wonderful WFW...peace!
